Chili is more than a food, its just not a soup.

Join us in our mission in spreading the word.

Chili con carne, meaning "chili with meat", is a spicy stew containing chili peppers, meat, tomatoes, and often pinto beans or kidney beans. Other seasonings may include garlic, onions, and cumin. The dish originated in northern Mexico or southern Texas.

It's a long, slow braise, too thick in most cases to be a soup.

Chili doesn't usually have broth or stock, and therefore it is not a soup.

Our Mission

Chili is the quintessential comfort food. It brings families, friends and communities together. It warms the body and the soul. Chili is hearty and filling, with bold, rich and complex flavors that are unparalleled. Though it may have similar qualities to the traditional soup they are not one in the same. It reigns supreme in its own “weight class” if you will.

We are here to spread the word and educate. Chili is not soup.
